It has been a long and interesting year without even a word from NinthGaming. It is now time, once again to get back into business with the latest addition of first person shooters. Battlefield Bad Company 2
We will announce a new fresh and extremly talented Battlefield team that shall pick up the war axe from the ground where the old Battlefield 2 team left off. A Battlefield Bad Company 2 Public server will also be announced during this week.
We will recruite more teams as well as all interesting people who have good ideas or would like to work within the organisation. Dont hestitate to send your application to sebbe@faltin.se

NinthGaming is now working with 2009'years new management team and staff. All teams is now released and will be working under other organisations as well as the former CO's that has left for other projects in Portugal etc.
NinthGaming will within the upcoming weeks present new major features and two new teams of extreme quality as well as a strong headsponsor which will take the organisation and the teams to another level. The world of eSports will have some new great games and tournaments that will be released during the upcoming months as well which will be interesting. Games such as Operation Flash Point, Starcraft 2, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Battlefield 1943 and much much more.
During this time will we recruite a new staff and a new CO and a Vice CO, as well as some spots has already been taken. Feel free to send your application to work@ninthgaming.se

A lot of people have their eyes set on Quake Live, the browser version of Quake III Arena.
On Tuesday, February 24, it is time for the open beta release!
The release of the open beta means that all statistics will be reset, so if you fought like a madman throughout the closed beta period you are once again at zero.
However, if you have not played in 28 days your account will be automatically deleted.
This is your chance to test one of the biggest releases this year, Quake Live!.

| Grubby back in MYM |

A few weeks ago the danish based organisation MeetYourMakers announced that they dropped their WC3 and SC teams. But today MYM announce the comeback of the Warcraft 3 player  Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen.
MeetYourMakers owner decided to franchise the org so they became Frontspawn, who decided to take back Grubby to MYM.

| Promod 4.3 Released ! |

Just after the announcement that Promod 4 and DAMN mod makers would be joining forces to make 1 unified mod, the first one has been released. Into the Promod 4 they have integrated the Shoutcaster Overlay from DAMN mod and that is a huge step in the right direction. They have also changed the hitboxes a little bit so arms and legs donīt do as much damage.
But here is the full changelog:
- Fully integrated Shoutcaster Overlay.
- Flash fix preventing players from becoming unflashed when a grenade tags
them/blows up behind them.
- Added Noise/dink when shooting someone's head which differentiates the body
sections.
- 3rd person smokeless muzzle flash introduced (Sight/Spotting Enhancement)
- Enhanced multiplayer options.
- cg_viewzsmoothing value adjusting has been blocked to prevent abuse.
- Car doors/bonnets will now instantaneously vanish when cars explode.
- Assault & SMG hitbox damage amplifiers to Legs/Arms/Feet/Hands have been
dropped from 1.0 to 0.7 for improved aimbased hitbox, chest/neck & head retain
same values as promod 4.22.
- Planting during timeouts blocked.
- All gametypes fully functional again.
- More compact HUD.
- Opponent will no longer hear the bomb drop sound as the bomb is planted.
- Name changes during ready-up-period will change instantly.
- The "Please do not cheat" display will display which command needs to be changed.
- Menus will no longer close itself when the round is over.
- Server DVAR monitor has been implemented!
Many good changes and letīs hope this brings the cod 4 community 1 step closer to unification.

| Playall exhibition match! |

Today (12th of February) Playall will host an exhibition match featuring some of the most renowned names in the Call Of Duty scene. The match will be played with 2 teams put together out of Europeīs finest and they will play 1 map in three different Call Of Duty games. In Call Of Duty 1 they will play mp_neuville, then changing to mp_dawnville in Call Of Duty 2 and finally playing mp_crash in Call Of Duty 4.
This is something that all Call Of Duty fans should really look forward to and it will be great fun to see those great players fight off in those 3 great games.
The teams are:
Team 1: Mark,  smithz, LINQAN, tidde, KNALLER
Team 2: Qwerty,  Davy, woomzy, thunder,  Mazarini
The matches will start at 18:00 GMT and will be shoutcasted by Quadv and I recommend that everybody tunes in ! |
